Forever Begins Now!

Loosing weight has been my silent partner for as long as I can remember. It is time to shed this albatross once and for all. I am strong in everything else, why do I fight with this problem over and over. Well the answer is not important. What is important is to do it. "Get er done"! That's what I'm saying, don't analyze it there has been too, much of that already. The reason I am over weight is because I eat too, much of the wrong stuff. Case closed!

Time to end this cycle of losing and gaining.

Back surgery in 2010 eliminated my static never problem down my right leg. It was a long recovery and I put on extra weight. Walking and standing were not a problem at first but now it is very difficult for me. Just standing for 10 minutes to wash dishes is very painful.

About two months ago, I dropped 13 pounds but dare I say it, all but 5 lbs is back. Losing the 13 pounds did make I getting around easier. I am convinced, if I lose the 75 pounds I will be able to walk and stand without pain.

This is the fight of my life and I don't want to live like this any longer.

Currently, I am 246.4, my goal is 170 lbs, the time frame is December 2015.

Looking for serious weight lost supporters. I can not do this alone and need your help and encouragement and tips on a daily basis. If you are in the same boat or just willing to add your support, please email me at petalway@live.com

My Goals:
My Goal is better mobility, so to achieve this I must drop at least 75 lbs. December 2015.

My Program:
My program is to eat more organic and less processed foods.

Make fruit and veggies and beans my mainstay and limit meat and fish to a couple of days a week.

Ride stationary bike 15 minutes before breakfast and another 30 minutes before dinner.

Weight only once a week.

Personal Information:
From New Orleans, La. currently, I live on the Northshore. I am happily retired. A Christian and proud of it. Mother of 3 daughters , and 9 grandchildren, 7 boys who rock and 2 of the most beautiful & intelligent girls you ever want to see. I have been Blessed beyond words.

Other Information:
Love Computers, Photography, Oli Painting, Sewing, all Arts and Crafts, Veggie & Antique Rose Gardening, love Cooking and Creating new recipes, Pets of all kind, Traveling, Reading and Learning new things

There are studies that white sugar is just as addictive as cocaine. Scary, huh? So when you say you have trouble beating sugar cravings, I totally understand - I struggle with it, too, on a daily basis. You CAN beat it - it's just a thing!
