Time to make some changes

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 150 pounds. I'm breaking that down into smaller goals to make it less intimidating. My current mini-goal is to lose 25 pounds by my next birthday- May 7, 2012.

Hey!!!!! You found my page...lol....I will tell you that this is a wonderful site!! It is a lot, just my hint would be, use the nutrition and fitness tracker. The best thing is knowing what you put in and what you burn. So good to be sparkfriends!!! LOL
