My Goals:
1. Exercise at least 30 minutes, five times per week.

2. 4-8 PM: eat protein, fruit, and veggies. Avoid junk food.

3. Drink one green drink in the afternoon to raise my blood ph.

4. Add more magnesium, which will improve my energy level.

5. Get a buddy. Someone with whom we can do this together.

My Program:
TurboJam, TurboFire, and HipHop Abs DVDs

Walk at lunch time as much as I can.

Run on the week-ends.

Hey new friend!

Remember that rest is part of our plan, hope you get some good rest this week end. Knocked out my Bob Harper kettlebell work out this morning (using a 7 lb weight). I have a million things to do before I can put my head down, but feeling good. Kids have tons of stuff between tonight and tomorrow night. Husband away on work, won't see until next Saturday. Keeping busy.

Still find myself telling my kids to find their thinking cap and PUT IT ON! It is okay to do your own thinking. They're darn cute so it's all good.
