Remember that rest is part of our plan, hope you get some good rest this week end. Knocked out my Bob Harper kettlebell work out this morning (using a 7 lb weight). I have a million things to do before I can put my head down, but feeling good. Kids have tons of stuff between tonight and tomorrow night. Husband away on work, won't see until next Saturday. Keeping busy.
