I am 27 years old. I have been overweight most of my life. I would like to work on my health and wellbeing. In the process I would also like to lose weight and feel more energized.

Thank you for my comment a while back! I have been away from Spark for a while (but not away from my diet). I'm back now though, and not deviating away from Spark again. It really does help. I hope you're doing well :)
Yeah, I moved out a couple weeks ago myself. It's crazy how that can set you so far behind, and of course, being single and having everyone over... The first thing I heard out of everyone was "Pizza & Beer" lol I managed though, and got back on track pretty quick, so I'm sure you can. Best of luck!
