needing to get healthy!

i have been yo-yoing for some time now. i reached my heaviest weight of 218 in june of 2013, shortly after reaching this weight i joined a 'Healthy Habbits' group, where we weigh in every month, learn about healthy foods and activities and just have a circle of people to support all of us on our journy to a healthier us.

Im training for a 5k in october, so i run alot. plus ive adopted a 'primal' way of eating. so lots of meat and veggies. hardly any grain or bread.

with all the changes ive made and all the support i have, Ive managed to lose 16lbs. so as of September 20, 2013 ive gone from 218 down to 202!!!!

once i reach 200 i will start on my next goal which is keeping up these healthy habbits over the long long winter and reach 180.

My Goals:
my current goal is to reach 180lbs by January 1st, and my ultimate goal is to get to 155lbs and see how i look and feel, I will go from there.

My Program:
*1,800 calories per day
*Walk/Run when ever possible
*lots of protien
*light weight lifting
*NO snacking at night.

Personal Information:
three kids, a full time job, and a house hold to run. its hard to find time, but im trying. i lift 5pound weights at work duing my down time. walk/run when the weather is nice, and clean clean clean like a crazy person.

Other Information:
I love verbal support so if my spark friend would do that for me, i think thats all i would need to keep on pushing myself.

Glad you like my Zumba playlist ... I make changes all the time and have a few other playlist under my name as well.... are you still using it .... I had stopped for 2 mths but missed zumba'ing dearly so finally Im back at and ready to lose this next 40 lbs .....
