A Working Progress

I moved to WV from NC about 4 years ago. I used to weight 127lbs and wear a size 4 pants. My first 6 months in WV, i gained 40lbs and grew in size. I have been working hard to get the extra weight off. I dont care if i wear the size 4 anymore but would like to get under the 150lb mark. I can lose about 5 lbs easily, its the rest that wont come off. I worry myself to death about it and beat myself up alot because i havent lost the weight yet. Learning that i dont have to deny myself of anything ...

Learning that i dont have to deny myself of anything but need to do something extra to offset. I have a small dog named Walter who i walk with all the time. Now that it is getting cold out, i have to manage to make my way to the gym i pay for but dont visit. I have to carve out time for myself. My kids are older and i only have one left at home.

My Goals:
To keep moving and get this weight off. I recently started Spin classes about 3 weeks ago and i found that i really like those. Started out doing one day per week after work now i added another day, early morning at 5:30. Walk to and from gym about 2 miles round trip.

My Program:
Eat a low fat diet, eating more fresh fruits & veggies and keep moving either by walking or anything. I am an avid bowler already and love walking long distances with my litle dog Walter. Anything i can find to do to keep moving.
