Just Keep Reaching

Back for round 3 to SparkPeople. I started three years ago in Jan. '09 and achieved some really high goals that year, like dropping 30 lbs. and finishing a marathon! After an injury to my knee I fell into a slump, stopped exercising, and regained some of the weight back. I returned to SP in Jan. '10 with great ambitions and goals, only to settle on my more relaxed lifestyle and become content with my weight and daily routine.

NOW I'M BACK! I'm no longer content and I'm ready ...

After an injury to my knee I fell into a slump, stopped exercising, and regained some of the weight back. I returned to SP in Jan. '10 with great ambitions and goals, only to settle on my more relaxed lifestyle and become content with my weight and daily routine.

NOW I'M BACK! I'm no longer content and I'm ready to begin again to transform my relaxed lifestyle into a more energized and active one. I'm ready to stop eating all those sweets and carbs and stick to healthier options. I'm ready to find 30 minutes a day to put in a DVD or go for a run to help my mind and body regenerate for the day. I'm ready to shed those 15 pounds that have slowly crept back on, and I'm not listening to all those people that keep saying "oh, you still look good! You were too thin before anyways."

I know how 127 feels, and I want that feeling back! It's time to set some goals and start shedding that fat and building back the muscle!

My Goals:
NEW STARTING 01/8/10:

*Get weight back to 127 and maintain that weight for Lake
George trip on 6/4/10.

*Get my arms and stomach ripped back into shape!





My Program:
Exercise 6 days per week!

*Running 2-3x per week

*Strength Training/Cardio DVD's 3-4 days per week



Personal Information:
I live in Upstate NY in the country, surrounded by farms, lakes and rolling hills. A great place to raise our three children and enjoy all the outdoor has to offer for fitness: biking, hiking, running, swimming, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling. For fun and "adult" time my husband and I enjoy escaping on our Harley!

haha yes! I can't wait for break!
I love, love, love my job...But lately I've needed some good resting and just time to collect myself. I feel as if I'm running a little to fast for my comfort level. lol
