I'm a 40 year old mother of 3. A daughter Janna who's 20, daughter Hayley who's 16 & a son, Corey who's 12. I've been married to my bestfriend Russ for 11 years.
I gained weight through all of my pregnancies and have kept on almost every pound of it! My family has a history of diabetes as well as cardiac issues so it is very important for me to be as healthy as I can be. I'm hoping to lower my odds of having these issues.

I've tried every crazy diet out there and have lost weight but not maintained it and have gained back even more. I'd like to hit my goal weight of 150 and go to the beach with the kids without feeling like everyones staring at the tree trunks I call legs and I want to ride my motorcycle without my batwings flapping in the wind!
