I started working with a personal trainer about 2 months ago,man is it hard!! But my sessions are over and I still go to the gym and workout 4 times a week. I am so proud of myself for staying active. I just started a Cardio Circuit class this week...it is killer!! And I have been doing Yoga/Pilates regularly, I really like it!!
