Don't trip! It's all good. I understand work comes first cause when you can get it, you gotta take it. I've been busy trying to get us ready for a campout and my mum's coming next week. I'll catch you at the market tonight.

I am free any day from 5am-8pm except from Wednesday Evenings starting at 5 and Sundays from 930-noon. Any other day works fine for me. Baby steps get the job done. Lots of little breaks are good. And the more the merrier with the dogs as far as I'm concerned. Who do I talk to to sign up for the meadow valley craft fair?

Ok, so I've got an idea on how we can work towards motivating each other. Here's my thought. We get together and just walk 2 days a week. Just as far as your comfortable. We'll set some goals and slowly start adding resistance training. (Moose and Lacey are great for providing some extra resistance). And god knows I can't walk them both by myself. Moose likes to pull ahead while Lacey has to stop to sniff everything. Do you know of an area near by where we can start by walking up hill and end walking down hill? I'm thinking NO more than 1/4 mile to start. My back is acting up because I've been bad about my maintenance, so it's going to be a long time before I can start doing my power hiking again.... come along for the journey with me?

HI! Yeah Mike and I came through meadow valley and picked up a railroad book and a button. I didn't realize you were so close. I thought you were in chester... I will be at the farmers market. I'm on my way shortly. See you there! I should work on hooking up with you so we can start working together selling our stuff. I'm trying to crank out an afghan a month.
