Hi Everyone,
This is my first attempt ever to get in shape so I am very uneducated about how to use weigth machines, techniques, etc. Any motivation and how to set reasonable goals would be appreciated. I workout alone and am concerned about sticking to my committment.

I see you're in Manitowoc. I'm not too far from you in Valders. I'm actually just about a mile and a half outside St. Nazianz.

I'm just looking to getting healthy and getting this weight off that I've put on over the last year.

Hopefully we can become buddies and chat once in a while.

way to go on the weight loss! keep up the good work!!!! i've started trying to stick to only fresh foods and it's really made a difference. i feel energized and satisfied without consuming too many calories. you might want to try it? think veggies, fruit, unproccessed whole grains, lean proteins (fish, chicken, sirloin) - however you decide to lose weight just always know one thing: YOU CAN DO IT!!!
