FITNESS IN THE MAKING
I have been training on and off since 2007, generally loving it all and want to make changes for the future.Being over 40 has only made me want to change even more.My fav excercise is the dead lift and i managed a 1 rep max of 205kg this month which im proud of!

My Goals:
gain some strength and alittle size.Tone up later starting probably in March and cut alittle!!!
My Program:
2 weeks heavy then 2 weeks toning using supersets and pyramids etc.

i guess my other hobby is keeping marine fish and corals for many years now.Only tend to read online stuff,never get around to reading books when theres a tv in the bedroom lol.
