Hey, read your thread. Although you might have not gained 5 pounds of muscle, if you upped your workout time your muscles can retain water from it, for about a week. So fix the eating and keep the water coming! I want everyone to lose weight this summer! 1904 days ago

I think together we can help figure some things out, and be there to support one another. I need it! My fiance tries, but he doesn't really understand hypoglycemia, so his comments of "this will get better" don't really help all that much. As this never will go away!!! Just go through different stages and hopefully become manageable!
I have no idea why, but my low blood sugar is getting WORSE as I lose weight. I thought it was supposed to help?! I used to be able to work out with just eating dinner beforehand, then it escalated to eating glucose tablets while working out, then that quit working. Then I went to juice before the workout. That worked for awhile, and now that isn't working anymore!!!
I've always had low blood sugar - even when I was thin (105lbs). But it wasn't as bad. I also was never tested, so I have no idea what my insulin was at that time. But now I know it is very high in my blood.
My endocrinologist told me this usually comes before Diabetes II. I'm freaking out, so this weight HAS TO COME OFF!!!
