Losing It

Started on my quest for losing weight in September 2010 when I weighed 242 pounds. Lost a lot of it and now on my way to finish the rest. About 40 more pounds, give or take depending on how I feel, to lose. Hoping to lose it all by December 31, 2011. I've done it by counting calories, logging my food ...

About 40 more pounds, give or take depending on how I feel, to lose. Hoping to lose it all by December 31, 2011. I've done it by counting calories, logging my food intake in a journal, eating @ 1800 calories a day. Just joined Spark People to get a little more motivation and log my food, and fitness goals.

I have celiac disease so along with trying to eat healthy, I eat gluten free!
