GOAL: Sexy and Ripped!

I used to be obese. and i'm not using that word to be dramatic, like "oooh I was soooo obese, totally like a whole five pounds heavier than I am now."

I was round. BMI of 32.5. This was waaaay back in January of 2010.

I now love the way I look. yes, I took it SLOW. but every pound I lost, I deserved. No pills, no gimmicks, no starving myself. I know that I lost minimal muscle and maximal fat.

but guess what? My BMI is 25.7 (overweight). Do I care? Sort ...

I know that if I lose 10 more pounds that I'm going to look even better. I also know that I refuse to lose more than 25 pounds. At that weight, I would look ridiculous. A BMI of 21.5 is the absolute lowest I would ever want to go. Why? Because I love my a** too much to lose it.

On my weight-loss journey, I gained confidence like you wouldn't believe. When someone tells me I look great, I'm the b**** that, instead of going "oh nonono i look disgusting and my hair is messy and my makeup is all wrong blahblahblah", i smile and say, "thanks. i know." This confidence has spilled over in all areas of my life - work, dating, my sex life, my outfit choices, EVERYTHING.

Making the decision to put myself first was the best thing I ever did.

129- go to the mall and pretend im wildly rich

115- boudoir photo shoot. possibly a boob job. perhaps a oiled-up personal pool boy to wait on me hand and foot :)

Lean protein, veggies, tea, lemon water. Fruit for dessert.
45 min of ST (esp squats and lunges) and 45 min cardio after exams.

I would also like to complete:
100 pushups challenge (Start: 15 pushups)
200 squats challenge
150 tricep dips challenge
200 situps challenge
50 pullups challenge
p90x

CHALLENGE 1: BIKRAM YOGA and VEGAN FOOD before 6 pm.
CHALLENGE 2: Lentil Stew and Sumits (buy garam/tandoori masala!) January 17-23
CHALLENGE 3: Hiking and meat week(Atkins style)- February 3-10
CHALLENGE 4: Hospital food challenge to eat the healthiest stuff! oh, joy.
CHALLENGE 5: Veggie Stir-Fry challenge Week. March.
CHALLENGE 6: Master Cleanse? yikes. not sure I can do this one. After coming back from DC.
CHALLENGE 7: Cabbage Soup+grapefruit! April.
CHALLENGE 8: babyfood diet? ew. (14 cans/day for 7 days)
CHALLENGE 9: 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar before each meal.
CHALLENGE 10: Zumba DVDs every day for 1 week. end of May.
