I used to be obese (172 lbs, BMI of 32.5, circa January 2010). I quickly lost about 40 pounds in 6 months, then over the past few years I gained about 20 pounds back.

My goal is to complete what I started long ago, with minimal muscle damage and maximal fat loss. I plan to lose another 40 pounds, for a total of 60 pounds of weight loss and a BMI of 21.

Making the decision to put myself first is the best thing I have ever done.

My rewards in life: i try not to make rewards such as manis and pedis and hair salon appointments, because I feel that those continue to motivate me to look good. I will give myself as many primping sessions as I please to keep myself happy and feeling beautiful. I will however, give myself upgrades on these things as rewards :)


Phase 1:
148 - meal delivery service - scheduled to start aug 1!
146 - gel mani and pedi with design!
144 - go to a comedy club
142 - kickboxing (10 classes)
140 - some cool class with a cheap trial
138 - pole dancing (10 classes)
136 - Tom Ford Black Orchid perfume
134 - eyelash extensions - definitely need these for the cruise
132 - Nordstrom Rack $50 shopping spree
130 - museum / public exhibit
128 - aerial acrobatics (10 classes)

My Program:
1. GYM 5+ times a week!
2. Low Carb - High Protein. GImme that meat.

Lean protein, veggies, tea, lemon water. Fruit for dessert.
45 min of ST (esp squats and lunges) and 45 min cardio.

Personal Information:
I just moved to BROOKLYN (woohoo!!!) from California and I want to look AMAZING when I complete my residency in 2018.
