Hi, Happy Hen! Just stopping by to say hello and let you know that I read the conversations between you and PeaJay on the Team site, and tried to respond, but Spark People wasn't cooperating.

I wear baseball caps too, when out working in the sun, but usually the "Off" is not required here. We just don't have many mosquitos. We empty everything of standing water, and any water around here in ponds, etc. is usually run off, so it doesn't stay long. People around lakes though, have to watch out.

I remember in Michigan, we couldn't even stick our nose out the door without being attacked, unless we were wearing mosquito repellant, and sometimes even then, we still got bitten! We found "Off" to be the best thing, though.

No more severe weather lately, Thank God! It is quite warm and humid today though, so wouldn't be surprised if another round is on the way. Have a great Holiday Weekend! emoticon
