I need to put myself first! Why is that so difficult?

Losing weight is a journey! Some parts of the journey are great, other parts are difficult and still others are crazy.

I have put down 7,200 fitness mnutes for 2015...so I guess I better get moving. I just know that this is going to be my year!

Hi Happy,

I know you're feeling down right now and think,"why bother?". But this WILL pass if you just hang on. Sometimes that's the best we can do, just hang on. don't worry about making progress . That will come back later. Maybe its a comfort that others have felt as bad as you do but given time, things turn around. Your teammates are rooting and praying for you.
