Ultimate Goal: To complete The Danskin Sprint Triathlon in 2012.
I want to be fit enough to go for a jog (like in the photo on this page) but my knees can't take all of my extra weight pounding down on them! I'm going to lose weight (one pound at a time) and build up my endurance along the way ~ then I'm gonna find this beautiful trail and go for a jog!
