My Goals:
To get rid of the final 12 lbs of excess weight.

To improve and strengthen the muscles in my back = great quality of life

My Program:
1/15 eating a a plant based food program 70% of the time and adding fish, chicken and eggs 30% of the program.

Avoiding simple carbs and oils.

Personal Information:
My name is Carol and originally from Michigan, Was born and raised in Detroit and lived in Ann Arbor for over 22 years. In 1991, I came west and am living in Southern CA. and can't imagine leaving. Have been with DH #2 for 24 years. I am now semi-retired and work 2 days/week

Other Information:
I have lost over 100 lbs since 2003 and it still is a daily struggle to keep the weight off. Still want to lose 12 lbs.

My hobies are knitting and reading.

Struggle with health issues which give me the challenge of exercising.

Weight loss is the work of opening your heart to all that is good in you and the world.
It means living a life of gratitude. Gratitude puts you in the flow of life! Nothing shifts your energy as quickly as gratitude.
Love is the highest vibration there is.
When you are grateful you are letting love flow through you and toward you.
You are in a heightened state of receptivity.
