I spend much of my time traveling around the world with my wonderful husband. Last winter we spent three months in SE Asia where we swam with whale sharks, bathed elephants and learned how to cook a mean pad thai. This winter we took a three month road trip across the U.S. that included swimming with manatees, gazing at the Grand Canyon, and visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
My lifestyle is already pretty healthy but I'm looking to improve my fitness so I can enjoy the world even more!
Currently, I'm back in school to get another undergraduate degree and to start a new career. It is a big, scary life change but also one that is filled with so much promise and adventure! I'm very excited.
I love diving, travel, animals, cooking, and much, much more! I feel that it's important to try to stay positive. Even though I have some pounds to lose, I love my body and am thankful for all of the adventures it has taken me on.

My Goals:
*Weigh around 156
*Body Fat at 25%
*Run another 5k
*Swim a mile
*Get strong!
*Look great in that one outfit!


My Program:
*Cardio for 30 minutes to an hour 3 days a week

*Weight training 3 days a week.

*Using the SP Nutrition Tracker while eating a whole foods vegetarian diet.

*Smiling as much as possible!

My husband is my best friend and adventure partner. I could eat pineapple every day for the rest of my life. I have worked as a professional baker, dog trainer, bookseller, historian, yoga studio attendant and a travel guide. I love learning and want to know everything.
