Living My Best Life
I'm 54 years old and I am extremely happy. My goal is to raise my fitness level and lose some extra weight along the way. I have a large list that I want to accomplish and staying healthy & physically fit is important to be able to do this.

My Goals:
Backpack. I just started training. Haven't done an overnight yet. Would love to eventually do the AT. Run a 5K, 10K and maybe a marathon. This is just the beginning!
My Program:
Weight-lifting. Spin classes. Cycling. Lotsa of crossing training and running.
Personal Information:
I love the outdoors. I love to bike, hike, camp, canoe and I'm learning how to fish. (It takes more skill than I realized.)
