My ultimate goal is to feel healthier and energetic. To accomplish this I need to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise.
To learn how to release the tension my body is holding. Learn to let go of the things that block me from being successful.

Interested in natural healing, organic natural unprocessed foods. Received a punching bag for Christmas once it is set-up I'll learn boxing, joined a once a week get fit club and because I enjoy yoga so much I am going to get back into practicing yoga on a regular basis. Starting with two days a week I will begin planning healthy lunches with a gal I work with. Once I feel better I will get back into being creative doing art journals and maybe some things with Lake Michigan stones I have gathered. So many ideas need to get the energy to actually do them.
