my day went really well, only thing is today i didnt get my mile in of walking my daugther came out to visit. so tomorrow i will get back on track double...lol hope you have a great weekend as well.
yesterdays slip up is excatly that in the past, today is a brand new day another chance to do things according to your goals . make it count! sometimes when i feel like im gonna go off track i come on here so many motivational tools on that page or i will read a success story, but what really does it for me is my trackers. like yesterday i didnt feel like exercising, im not a big fan of it.. but i cam online here and i looked at my other goals tracker where it shows all the things you wanna acomplish for that day and that box was unchecked for all my groups and for my fitness trackers seeing that made me feel bad like i was letting myself down. so there i was at 9:30 at night doing my leslie sansone walk 1 mile dvd...lol then i said to myself next be sure and do it during the day so i wont find myself doing it be ing bedtiime or soemthing or when you just wanna relax for the day...lol so believe just coming on here and looking at your trackers will help alot.. cheer up its a new day!! 1443 days ago
