Not everyone runs.... but you happened on to a group of people who do :) I started running because the walking just wasn't burning the calories anymore and I now I've worked up and this last year just started running half marathons and have been loving it!
There are many different teams for so many different intrests, I hope you will take a minute and take a look - who knows you may find one that works just right for you!

Don't despair, you didn't get to this weight in a month and you won't get off this number overnight... this is a lifestyle change, and one that will last forever so be patient with yourself. It takes time to make these changes, and then to make them permanent.
Some of my spark friends say when your food isn't good and you find yourself slipping, just "cancel and replace" with new behavior!
