My Goals:
I want my life to be irrefutable evidence that God's exists and loves His creation immeasurably.

But specific goals would be helpful, right? Mmkay.

1) Drink 80 oz. of water daily. And not in one sitting that would have me peeing my pants.

2) Limit rice to 1 cup per meal and twice a day at most. (Seriously, this is a huge first step for me.)

3) Cardio (walk) at least 30 minutes three times a week.

4) Get to the gym for strength training and equipment use at least once a week. (No fear, no fear... gulp!!!!)

5) Journal at least every other day. (Spiritual and emotional health are important, too, you know.)

My Program:
As a "free spirit" in need of structure, I'm half-resistant to and half-desperate for a program to be accountable to. As a broke girl, I'm gonna have to wing it and create my own. LOL! So here goes:

1) Fitness Fun Fridays with Joanne, Jenn and Amy. About a month ago, my three fellow thick pinay friends and I started to get together to just walk on Fridays. For me, I lacked the motivation to get out there and work out on my own. And to find and venture to fun destinations to keep me motivated. The Lord blessed me with these ladies who helped get me past some of that. I hope we can keep doing it or figure out another day to make it work when the school year starts.

2) Using a measuring cup to limit my rice. Washing my plate immediately after the first portion and brushing my teeth.

3) No soda unless it's absolutely my only beverage option and I'm dying of thirst. (Easy peasy.... I don't like soda much anyway.)

WHAAAA??? How can you tell I'm online??? STALKER! :P My mom's doing good... getting a little too excited with the vicodin!! Haha! Nah, I'm kidding. xD But yah, she's doing okay. Just resting a lot and catching up with her teleseryes :P
