Hi, I see that we have been around here for some time. I came in '06, but had a lot of times I did not participate. Now I am on the right track. I am in a power chair so losing is slow but eventually I will make it. I do a little exercise with small weights, and move my legs as much as possible, that along with watching my portions and leaving all sugars and white flour, rice etc. alone.
Come visit us often to let us know how you are doing (50-99lbs team).

I agree with you ,we think the same we should loose at least 1 pound a week!
Lately since the holidays I have hard time to get to balance my calories, and hard time to do my walk or the stationary bike,because I love my family and sometimes I do not take time for myself, especially this year that I'm taking care of my mom at home because she's sick and waiting for a home care by the summer near my house.
Give me some tricks since you doing this for a while I think.
Keep in touch I also love gardening and flowers ,last year we won the price for the best gardening of my town.
