Healthy Living!!

I just retired from teaching, which I was a special education teacher. My goal has been for a long time to lose weight and get into shape. Since retirement, I have gotten to enjoy eating healthier and being more active. My goal is to lose 67 pounds, and to be in good shape through exercise and making healthy food choices.

My Goals:
I want to lose 67 pounds, and to change my habits in increasing exercise, and making healthy choices.

My Program:
I am exercising with the minimum of 10 min each day, and most days 30-40 min. This is a combination of resistance and cardio. I am also tracking my food daily, increasing my water, and veggie intake.

Other Information:
I enjoy golfing, making greeting cards, sewing, spending time with grandkids, and my health related home based business. I am from Minnesota, and am looking forward to some warmer weather/1
