Healthy weight loss - slow and hopefully steady
I have never dieted; I don't believe in the concept. however, I have been eating reasonably healthy foods for many years. My biggest problem is lack of exercise since moving to Missouri; the weather here has defeated me so far but I am trying again. I also tend to eat larger portions than I should. I don't eat chicken or meat but I do eat fish 1-2 times a week. I am hoping to meet some people in this area to walk with, or at least talk with to help keep me motivated.
