My Goals:
1. Lose 24 lb. (from 164 to 140)

2. Have less stress in my life and deal with stress differently.

3. Feel good about the way I look.

4. Eat a healthy and well-balanced diet.

My Program:
I am trying to modify the amount of calories I take in each day and I go to the gym approximately 3-4 days a week, focusing on cardio and weight training. I recently started a Zumba class which gives me that extra push in the right direction.
