    Hi! - Nuts are kind of a high fat type of protein but it is usually healthy fat that is helpful to our bodies. Count out the nuts in a serving and put them into a snack size bag or small container. Count them in the nutrition tracker and it will let you know if you are going over your fat allotment for the day. A handful of almonds after school can keep me from devouring anything in sight when I get home from school in the evening so they are very helpful to me.
