Keep it simple.

Daily:

Eat colorful. (fruits and veggies first at each meal)
Drink water.
Move my body.
Do at least one thing everyday that gives meaning to my life.

*happily married, with three adult children, two grandsons






Other Information:
I am definitely love to travel. I have an affinity for old things, art and beauty will turn my head every time, and so will a man's facial hair if it is groomed.

I love to watch people and sometimes see one who immediately causes me to imagine them as a character in a book, for instance, an old sea captain, one of the 3 Musketeers, or a pioneer woman straight out of a western novel or movie.


I see through the eyes of an artist, designer, and composer.
