My goal is to change the way I deal with food, becoming healthier and losing weight as I go.
I am retraining my brain on proper portion size and learning to love the more natural foods. Whole grains,fresh fruits and veggies and good lean meats. I am also learning to love exercise-fake it til ya make it!
I am from a small town in Montana. I work in a neighboring town for the sheriff's department as a Public Safety Communicator(911/sheriff's dispatcher) I am married and we have a 2 1/2 year old son who I call my Buttabean.
Hope you had a great Easter--and don't beat yourself up if you overate like the rest of us did! :) Or I did anyway...
I start working nights tonight so need to plan ahead for that. yikes. Only part time so two nights shouldn't kill me. Hope you are figuring out the site, don't let it overwhelm you. I took it a little at a time because there is a LOT here. Gradually I got used to how it was set up and/or bookmarked my favorite spots in one folder on my computer so I could find them easier.
