My goal is to continue to add muscle and not put fat on in the process. Plus my goal is to get off of my cholesterol medicine.
I run, bike, referee soccer on weekends and lift weights so exercise has never been the issue for me. I love food so my program is to try to control what goes into my mouth. My body has no idea when it is full until I have over eaten and hate myself.
I love country music both old and new country.
