Getting Ready, Set, Go
Here I am. A homeschooling mom of 5 boys, a wife of one, and a very busy churchgoer. I really enjoy sweets but have realized that this body just isn't looking so good on pictures anymore,,,, so how can I eat a (little) sweets and still lose weight. My answer at this point just count the calories, fats, etc. Sparkpeople makes that an easier job, here I am.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 65 pounds. The first 50 in the first year. At least that was the goal sparkpeople thought I was capable of.... I also toss the idea of doing at least one 5K in the next year. My boys really want to start running races.
My Program:
Counting the calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Exercise at least 4 times a week so that I start feeling the perspiration.
Other Information:
My sister is a Personal Trainer/YMCA fitness director training for a Body Building competition. Can you feel the pressure? No really she is a great encouragement without the pressure.
