When the going gets tougher than you ever thought it would, When you struggle despite and inspite of all you know, When you don't have the answer or the strength to seek it, that is when you HAVE to be here, not when the going is easy, not when its all happening, but when its not. Here I am yet again. 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY with Sparkpeople. I did a fantastic job the first 8 months, lost 100lbs. Then something happened. I am back at 345 today April 19th 2008. I weighed 287 last April.58lb gain in a year.... TODAY is the FIRST day of the REST OF MY LIFE. My choice... pitiful or powerful. I'm choosing powerful today! I know I CAN do this. I have done it.
