My program is to track my food daily, this is number one for me. I plan on exercising 10+minutes a day with walking and online SP videos, Richard Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies DVDs, and Resistance Bands DVD. I am new to exercise and due to fibromyalgia and my weight I need to start off slowly but I am ready to go!
I have lived in Minnesota my whole life and love it(even got that great MN accent, ya you betcha!). I am a breast cancer survivor and have been cancer-free for almost 5 years. I am a Muslim and Islam is my religion since 2002. I am very accepting of all faiths and people and love learning from everyone and I hope people learn from me and obtain support from me when they need it. I have two cats, Pip and Lilly.

Things are going well but extremely busy as of today, I most like won't be on SP very much over the next couple of months. Soccer season has started for both of my girls and I'm the assist. coach for my daughter's high school team so you may not hear much from me until mid may but I'm always thinking about and hoping that everything is getting better!
