My Goals:
My goal is to be a healthier more active woman. My weight loss goals are based on the 10% goals that is recommended on SP. Starting Weight: 330 lb Goal #1: 297 lbs Goal #2: 267.3 lbs Goal #3: 240.6 lbs Goal #4: 216.5 lbs Goal #5: 194.9 lbs Goal #6: 175.4 lbs
My Program:
My program is to track my food daily, this is number one for me. I plan on exercising 10+minutes a day with walking and online SP videos, Richard Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies DVDs, and Resistance Bands DVD. I am new to exercise and due to fibromyalgia and my weight I need to start off slowly but I am ready to go!
Personal Information:
I have lived in Minnesota my whole life and love it(even got that great MN accent, ya you betcha!). I am a breast cancer survivor and have been cancer-free for almost 5 years. I am a Muslim and Islam is my religion since 2002. I am very accepting of all faiths and people and love learning from everyone and I hope people learn from me and obtain support from me when they need it. I have two cats, Pip and Lilly.
