Hiya! I, too, saw your message on the 20-somethings page. I think CLARKA6 hit the nail on the head--if you continue to feel guilty or beat yourself up over the gain, it will be much easier to rationalize giving up. I would remind yourself that EVERY day gives you the option to decide whether you will make wise choices or not. You have no control over what's already happened, so it's time to take control over your future, one choice and one step at a time! And don't forget all the amazing progress you've made so far!! You've proven you can do it, so I know you'll be able to continue to succeed.
Hey!! I saw you wanted some help after you have gotten back from your vacation. All I can say is don't let it get you down, and hop back on track!! I'm sure those 10 lbs will be in your rear view mirror soon!!
Hey, I saw your message on the "20 Somethings" page and just wanted to encourage you to let go of the guilty feelings. In my experience, those feelings are what let you rationalize giving up. You've already made so much progress, I know you can get through this:) Let me know if you need some extra support or encouragement (I'm adding you as a SparkFriend now!).
