Gratitude Today
At 58 my life is a joy. I am continuing to learn how to be balanced in my eating and exercise. My goal was to lose 18 pounds, which I did. Then I put some back on. I now have about 12 pounds to lose. My new goal is to learn how to maintain my goal after losing these 12 pounds, how to make life practices of balanced eating and exercise. I just begin a new each day!

My Goals:
I reached my goal, 137 lbs., down 18 lbs. Then I gained some back. So my present goal is to learn life style changes that keeps me on target!
My Program:
Walk and do yoga daily. Weights 3 x week. Ride stationary bike 3/x week.
Personal Information:
I live in on the Oregon coast and love it. I have a wonderful husband and a great dog. I have a daughter 32 years old, she is amazing, and a step daughter who is 41 years old, also wonderful to have in my life. I have two grandchildren, girls, who are awesome. I work in Portland Oregon at an inspiring job helping children and families.
Other Information:
I love yoga, mindfulness meditation, reading, integral philosophy.
