My Life, My Choise
Hi, my name is Bobby, I've joined Sparkpeople as a way of taking control of my health and nutrition, alright and my life. I've just retired from a life time of working for other people. My Goals:
My goal is to lose 35 lbs. by the 1st of August. Learn to eat clean and for health, not just for the sake of eating. I want to motivate my wife and friends to be healthier by showing them that it can be done.
My Program:
My program will consist of a proper nutritional program. I'll workout 3 days a week in the gym and do 5 days of cardio. I will seek motivation from Spark members on a regular basis and complete the Spark Challenge.
