Welcome to my page.

I have been sitting in a chair doing what I do best (accounting) for many years.
Weight wise not the best job and added unhealthy eating habits just spelled XXLarge!
This FAT fact is busy changing slowly but surely with the help of Sparkpeople.
Daily motivation, tracking what I eat and sharing my ups and dowms seems to be doing the trick.
My sincere thanks to all my Spark Friends!

I gave Henley kisses for you. He was very happy.
Sarge is protective. Not a mean dog though and so handsome.
I miss Buddy, He was a Mustang/Quarter mix. Such a character.
Thanks for your kind comments! emoticon

Today's quote is from an unknown source:

“Just know, when you truly want success, you’ll never give up on it. No matter how bad the situation may get.”

So, I hope you truly want success and are willing to NEVER, EVER give up! Have a Terrific Tuesday! emoticon emoticon

Thank you for the goodie.
I don't know a lot about pruning fruit trees, but have looked it up on line before. There is a lot of information out there on it. Look for things published by university extensions, their info is usually backed by research from the university's agriculture department.
