Keep up the good work! You can run a 5k and feel great! I am getting back to running a 5k since I hurt my siatic nerve and I am taking it slow. My new goal is to do a Sprint Triathlon next summer so I am slowing doing these workouts. I have not swam laps for 30 years so I am refreshing my memory and since I don't have a bike, the one at the gym will do for now. :) For some reason I think a triathlon sounds fun, so I must have lost my mind too!
