This is me now, I'm aiming to put up a pic for every 10lbs I lose/every 3 inches off my belly to slowly show how I'm transforming into a new, healthy me!





I've always been overweight but have gained ten pounds over the last few months, pushing me up to obesity. If I lose 10lbs and a few inches off my gut this shirt will fit me properly again, I bought it when I was around 180lbs... I'm aiming to fit into this properly by November!

Hi I'm Hannah, I'm 18 and a university student. I'm 5''7 and currently weigh a whopping 193lbs. My BMI is 30.3, so I'm obese :( I want to lose weight for health reasons but also for appearance reasons. I feel uncomfortable at this weight and especially need to lose a lot of belly fat, which is my main concern as it's so unhealthy (and gross!) Would like to find a diet buddy with similar goals to help me stay motivated! DETERMINED to shift this weight once and for all

My Goals:
Goal 1: Lose 8 lbs and an inch off belly by prom (October)

Goal 2: Fit into check shirt by November (10lbs weight loss, 3 inches off gut)

Goal 3: Lose 25lbs and fit into skinny jeans by January

Goal 4: Lose 35lbs and enter healthy BMI range

Goal 5: Lose 46lbs and reach GW 147lbs and 10 inches off belly, down to 33 inches

Yep. Communications major. I haven't weigh myself yet. I prefer to weigh just once a week. It's less stressful and it keeps me from obsessing about it. I struggled with eating disorders in the past, so the scale is kinda like my enemy.
