    I was on a Jillian kick earlier this year; I did the first two phases of Body Revolution. I've been doing mostly Cathe Friedrich videos lately; they are longer than Jillian's and typically focus on lifting heavier weight. Cathe workouts are tough but because she's such a stickler for form and offers so many modifications I find them less scary than Jillian's hardest workouts! :)

I found something called Diet Bet, which is a little like Game On in that it turns thus whole "healthy lifestyle" thing into a fun, social, friendly competition. It's really kept me focused and motivated. I see you joined the Fitbit team - if you want to be Fitbit Buddies, you can find me at https://www.fitbit.com/user/23JN8S :) Spark Teams aren't as active as they used to be - so many people, me included, use the mobile app most of the time, and you can't access teams that way. So I've found my Diet Bet and Fitbit friends really help keep me motivated!

    Hi Hannah! Welcome back. I'm starting to come back after going through a real rough patch - my long distance relationship fell apart a couple weeks ago and the months leading up to that were really difficult. I'm not on Spark as much as I used to be but I still check in several times a week. Hope things are going well with you, your job, and your family!
