To loose the 'twin-belly'. To fit comfortably in my size 6 clothes.

Small changes in my diet, trying to avoid extra cookies/ice cream and brownies. Working out at least 20min/day while the kids are napping.

Wife of a great husband, Mom of three little ones. Part time ICU nurse.
Other Information:
I confess, I do not want to have to work too hard to reach my goals.
