My Goals:
Trying to get a rock solid body to look even better, and increase performance on the racetrack.
My Program:
3 days of intensive cardio, and 3 days of weight training with moderate cardio. Utilize split workouts & integrate cardio right after a weight training session.
Eat 5 balanced meals a day and keep an eye on nutrients and calories...I am very obsessive about this.
Personal Information:
I race sportbike motorcycles professionally, turn wrenches, build engines, shoot guns & love life. I ride my dirtbike to relieve stress.
