Health and happiness

Recently I realized that I had always eaten pretty healthy growing up; we'd have days where there were lentils and vegetables to balance out days the heavy days. Once I went to college (which had some of the best dining halls in the country!!) I kinda went nuts- or brownies, haha!

As a mom of 2, I'm trying to use everything I learned in my job as a health educator to eat healthier and prepare healthier meals. I can't wait to fit into my clothes again!
