I've always carried some extra weight around my entire life. I've dieted for as long as I can remember and I'm still not at the weight I want to be at. I don't want to be rail thin but I want to look fit and healthy! So this is it! This is my year, my time to reach my goal and be the girl I want to be!

My Goals:
Change my lifestyle of eating and exercising choices! Be fit and healthy before I decide to have a family!

My Program:
I certified as a Zumba instructor in November 2010 to push myself to be active by having others depend on me to hold an exercise class. Also, always be apart of a Spark page challenge :)

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in the greatest state ever, UTAH! :) I'm single and continuing my education in the dental field by applying for dental hygiene school! I have wonderful parents who are my everything and three older sisters and a pretty much adopted older brother. I love my family more than words can say. They are my rock. I have wonderful friends and my "little sis" Bobbie is my best and very closest friend! I love to be social and amongst good down home people. I love to camp and be outdoors! Love to hunt!

read your post about challenge teams in the Spark Café.
there is a very active challenge team that runs every season aimed at losing 5% of your weight over the for 8 weeks. It requires members to log their exercise every day for the 8 weeks. We compete in teams of about 50 each. We are currently in our 5th week...So it will open up again a month from now.
The current name of the challenge is 2014 Summer 5% Challenge...the next one will be 2014 Fall 5% challenge. It you are interested, look for it or send me a reminder in 4 weeks and I will send you the invite
