My Goals:
My immediate short term goal is to zerg to 250 by September 15th, but I'm okay if I don't make it. Better to aim high than aim low.

For a slightly longer term goal, I'd like to be not obese (i.e., 174 or below) for my brother's wedding on August 14th, 2010. If I end up not overweight (145 or below), all the better.

Really, I just want to run fast, jump high, and not be the fat girl any more.

My Program:
Eat less, move more.

Great idea, huh?

Personal Information:
I lost a little under 20 pounds a little over a year ago using spark people. You can still find that spark page under my old username of Toradora.

I'm beginning anew and so far, kicking ass.
