I love enriching my life and the lives of other women that I meet :) I moved to Wilmington, NC June 2012. I gained 25lbs over the next few months because when I'm bored I eat and I was bored a lot because I didn't know many people down here. December 2012 I hit a high weight in my adult life at 178! I saw myself in a picture and decided that it was time for something to change. I have already lost 14 pounds but I have a goal to lose 30 MORE! I believe that Jesus Christ gave his life so that I might live. Those who hope in the Lord with renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. My Goals:
SW: 170 GW: 135 I want to tone and strengthen as I go so I know my weight loss will be slow. Most of all, I want to be healthy so that I might enjoy a long and love-filled life!
My Program:
Long walks with hubby: 3x a week Strength training: 3x a week Bike ride: 2x a week I like to do a mix of cardio from running, spinning, class aerobics, and swimming.

Other Information:
My cat's name is Ella Fitzgerald Halloran and she is my princess. Her favorite place to sleep is cuddled next to me or on top of my freshly cleaned clothes!
