Fitness Minutes: 290

My Goals:
I would like to lose my last 15 pounds......lose inches all over......tone done my "trunk"...and get overall definition.....

My Program:
I do about one hour of cardio 3-4 times a week and circuit training 3-4 times a week (i alternate intense cardio and circuit training). I just ordered a bunch of jillian michaels' (LOVE HER!) workout dvd's and books and hope to incorporate them into my workout schedule.....
